Calum Best Does The Fact That He Has A Child Make A Difference

The birth of Amelia Grace Hogan last December set off a spate of speculation. Is she? Isn’t she? This little six pound innocent baby girl is the daughter of Lorna Hogan, British model and allegedly the daughter of high profile model and TV star, Calum Best. Lorna is quite sure that she is Calum’s daughter and a paternity test is awaited to see if this is true or not. It seems to be that the affair was short lived but Lorna is quite sure that there was only Calum at that point of time in her life so the baby has to be his.

According to Lorna, Calum has no inclination whatsoever to take the paternity test, never mind what he mouths to the contrary. Her gripe is that he isn’t so much as interested in this beautiful bundle of joy – there hasn’t been as much as a call or a message to find out how she is or anything about her. This is what Lorna finds callous about Calum. According to her, he seems to find it much more exciting painting the town red with a bevy of beautiful girls than to find out how his little daughter is doing.

However, one wonders why Lorna would go ahead with the pregnancy if she was no longer with Calum. According to her, it was a mishap as she was under some kind of medication for an infection which probably prevented the pill from working as it should. Even when she did find out that she was pregnant, she alleges that Calum did his level best to hint that she should get rid of it.

For Lorna who is British and who has grown up reading about the legendary George Best, it is an honor that her daughter has such a famous grandfather. She vows to tell her all about his accomplishments on the football field as soon as she is old enough.

Calum, however, seems hardly affected. However, he might just be reacting the way most celebrities do. If every one of them went into a depression every time there was something negative written about them, there would be overfull depression clinics the world over. So he brushes it off and moves on to his next conquest. The whole question is: is the child his or not? While readers all over are terribly interested to know, it might just be that to Calum Best, it matters not one whit!
