Calum Best His Lindsay Lohan Days

When two celebrities, both young, good looking and very much in the limelight hit it off, it is an event that gets every reporter’s adrenaline pumping. It all began last year with Calum Best and Lindsay Lohan. Two head turners and a weekend in the Bahamas – could anything come close when it came to a wonderful romantic getaway? Particularly when it was preceded by a public display of affection a few days earlier in NYC. In the Bahamas, they celebrated at the Cove Atlantis opening on Paradise Island. The celebrations included sunbathing, parties and loads of public displays of affection.

Well, they made their public appearance together at the Bahamas too at a poolside concert put on by Janet Jackson, Michael Jordon, Rob Lowe, John Travolta, Whitney Huston, Spike Less and Tyra Banks were also there. They were of course with the other celebs in the VIP area and they gyrated to Janet Jackson’s greatest hits. The firework display that followed over the Caribbean resort saw the two entwined, watching and enjoying the show. After the concert came to and end, they carried their partying to the Aura Nightclub were the after party took place and they shared several passionate kisses in the VIP booth. Even though most of the partygoers left Lohan and Best to themselves, Quincy Jones did stop by and chat with the two. Though Lindsay was twenty to Calum’s twenty six, she was noticed as having a sensible head on her shoulders.

The rest of the weekend passed by on Cove Beach as expected where the couple had a private cabana. Being such celebrities, every move was watched and recorded. As the temperatures were soaring, Calum was noticed rubbing Lohan down with sun block and they headed for the water to swim, splash, and get cozy a little more. As the evening approached, they returned to the club Aura and they sat in the same exact booth as they did the night before. It was truly apparent that they enjoyed the time they spent in this beach paradise.

They seemed so happy together but there was soon trouble in paradise and today the couple is no longer together. It is sad that what seemed like a couple so terribly in love should now be apart. Was it Calum or was it Lohan? Or was it just not meant to be? Whatever it was, it does feel a bit sad to think that they were after all nothing more than two ships that passed in the night.
